My Resume - Professional Proficiency
- Fundamentally, here’s what you need to know about me: I love to learn, and actively seek interdisciplinary connections. I am passionate about Math, music, languages and data mining, analyzing.My favorite subject is Statistics.
- I grew up in a multilingual, multicultural and multi-disciplinary environment in Strasbourg, France. From early on I developed awareness on diverse approach in both education and science. To illustrate it I put on the header image the 300 years old astronomical clock in my hometown.
- My undergraduate education was in Germany, at the University of Heidelberg, among the oldest in continental Europe. My undergraduate years gave me a real insider view of different approach of teaching subjects like Math and Physics. I majored in Mathematics and minored in Physics in 2001 at the famous Ruprecht-Karl University. I returned to my hometown Strasbourg, France where I worked for a decade in the teaching profession and performing before my move to the USA on 2011.
- US Permanent Resident in 2013 - American Citizen in 2019.
- I became the music director of Advent Lutheran Church, Chapel Hill in 2014, giving me the chance to play organ musics every Sunday.
- Being multilingual I wanted to help to immigrants to find their place and education in the state of North Carolina. I gained my ESL teaching certificate in 2015 from Wake Technical Community College.
- In order to teach in Math in US public schools I completed a 2 years master program, Master of Art of Teaching, a MAT in Mathematics at NC State University, Raleigh on April 2017 with Honor in EdTPA.
- I have received my Teaching Licence of NC in Math, France and German Language in July 2017 enable me to teach Math in three different languages.
- To achieve my higher interest in Statistics, I studied for two years and gain a graduate certificate in Applied Data management and Statistics in NCSU with SAS programmer certificate in 2019.
- My professional experience reflects my background and love for four subject, Data Science, Math, Music and Languages.
